My passion for sports and physical activity ignited during my youth, sparking my journey as an inline speed skater at the age of eight. Guided by my parents, I discovered the invaluable lessons sports imparted, serving as a conduit for instilling the values cherished within our household.

When it came time to carve out my career path, I was unwavering in my choice. The fields of kinesiology and exercise sciences beckoned me, drawing me towards my destined professional pursuit.

In my career, I’ve found fulfillment in aiding patients with diverse health challenges. Yet, forming deep connections with individuals aged 50 and above truly ignited my passion. This bond inspired the creation of Fit After 50, a fitness and kinesiology company dedicated to preempting and managing chronic conditions and significantly enhancing the quality of life for many.
